Introduction
Our multidisciplinary team consists of four members with backgrounds in business, computer science, information science, and communication design. We set out to improve the communication between students and the HUB at Carnegie Mellon University. With a hunt statement to focus on, we conducted research and interviews to find out the communication problems that exist between students and the HUB. Based on our findings, we then brainstormed, prototyped, user tested, and created a final product. The following sections present our process leading up to our final design.
